Refund policy
We understand the difficulties of shopping online, particularly when you don't know if the fit is going to be perfect for you. That's why we encourage you to take your measurements and compare them to the size chart we provide for each of our items. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us at jfgloop@gmail.com and we will be glad to assist you. The garments will only be accepted if they are in the original conditions; in other words the merchandise cannot have been used, worn or damaged, washed or altered in any way and they must have the original tags. We reserve the right to deny an exchange or refund if the items returned are not in the original conditions or do not meet our quality standards.
We accept returns within 14 days of the day you receive the merchandise. We will send you the package with a tracking number for you to have and we will know the day you receive it.
Quality, fit and customer satisfaction are our highest priority. If you have any problems with your purchase please contact us immediately for instructions for the exchange or store credit request including your order number and client information.
Customers are responsible for any return fees including shipping charges and the original shipping charges will not be included in the refund. All sale items on sale or bought with discount codes are final sale. These are not eligible for exchange or returns without exception.
